How long does delivery take?
For available stock, orders arrive in 3-5 business days. For pre-orders, they take 9–12 business days, depending on your location.
Why does the loc machine take longer?
The loc machine is sourced on demand, so it takes a few extra days to process.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes! We ship anywhere in South Africa.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do, before you can make a purchase, please send us an email for manual order in order to determine shipping
How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS to follow your delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently only accept EFT payments. Debit and credit card are coming soon
Can I change or cancel my order?
We ship orders the same day as payment reflects in our bank account, we are unfortunately not able to cancel once shipped. Please send us an email to confirm if order is already out. For the machines, we unfortunately unable to cancel as payment secures the machine.

What is your refund policy?
Refunds are available for faulty or damaged items only. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
Do you offer exchanges?
We currently don’t offer exchanges, only replacements for damaged items.
